Heat Treatment to Ispm 15 - High Volumes
We can offer high volumes of heat treated pallets, we can also offer kiln dried pallets to a very low moisture content... we have several pallet manufacturing lines dotted around the site with the Bio Mass kilns placed perfectly in the middle of them... so when the stacks of pallets are taken of the pallet lines there is not a lot of travelling for the forklift drivers to get the pallets onto the kiln drying trollies awaiting the Heat treatment team to put the pallets through their cycle.

New Epal Euro Pallets 1200 x 800
We have dedicated pallet lines that manufacture our standard 1200 x 1000 Heat Treated pallets and pallet lines that just manufacture our 1200 x 800 Euro Pallets for us. In total we are manufacturing around 60,000 standard 1200 x 1000 pallets and around 10,000 euro pallets per week. All our Pallets are inspected before they come of our pallet lines and we are also inspected on a regular bases by Epal. I am sure we can offer you some of the most competitive prices in the UK on our Heat Treated pallets and our Epal Euro Pallets.
